Can I collect in store?
Items can be collected from VENLAMOSMAN store. We are open 7 days / week.
Are the items new or preloved?
All items are preloved items and in excellent condition. Some have never been worn (brand new with tags), and others are gently worn.
How do I purchase on Instagram?
Simply click on the product link via Instagram stories and follow the prompts to checkout. Due to having only one of every item, products sell quickly. Your item(s) are not secure until checkout is complete.
Are the items all real?
All items sold at VENLA LUXE come with authentication. We are proud to partner with Luxury Authentication Australia. You can read about their services on their website: luxuryauthentication.com.au
If you wish to consign designer items with us, and you cannot provide and authenticity documents, there will be a $45 charge to authenticate your item. An authenticity certificate will be provided to the purchaser of the item, or the consignor should the item not sell.
What is the quality of the preloved items sold?
We only accept items in excellent condition.
How long do you consign items for?
Approximately 4 weeks. Unsold items will be returned to consign or, or donated to charity. An email will be sent to collect any unsold items, if not collected within 10 days we will donate to charity on your behalf. If client opts for returns to be mailed, this will be at consignor’s expense.
Do you offer exchanges?
We are unable to swap or exchange products.
Shipping
Items are only shipped domestically in Australia – no international shipping is provided. All items are sent via Courier or Australia Post and tracking details will automatically be sent to you once dispatched. Items over $2,000 will be couriered with added insurance.
