VENLA LUXE CONSIGNMENT TERMSAND CONDITIONS
PLEASE NOTE·        
VENLA LUXE service is only for luxury brand accessories:  Bags, Sunglasses, Shoes and branded Jewelry.   We do not accept clothing, watches
Items need to be in excellent condition, clean, odorless, with no damage or alterations.
All Items are subject to final inspection once received in store by our team.
Items approved need to be dropped off or posted within 7 days. Please send tracking to luxe@venla.com.au.  VENLA only accepts responsibility for the items once they have been received at our store.
Ensure completed packing slip is included with your consignment.
Allow processing time of 5 business days.
Once the item(s) have been priced for your approval, please confirm within 5 business days. If we haven’t heard from you, we will assume all is approved and continue the process to sell your items.

CONSIGNMENT TERM
The consignment relationship begins once the items have been physically received at VENLA MOSMAN, agreement is signed and selling prices are agreed.  
If courier or post is used to deliver items, the delivery must be with “signature required” to confirm receipt.
Consignment selling period is 6 weeks from the date the item is posted on our website.
There may be a period of time between the terms being agreed and the items placed for sale to allow for styling and photography.  
VENLA will be responsible for any loss of or damage to merchandise while it is under our control.
The items remain the property of the seller until sold.

THE COMMISSION STRUCTURE
VENLA takes a 25-30% commission on sold items.  
You receive following:
70% on all items priced under $3000
75% on all items priced $3001 and over We will always endeavor to sell your item/s for the price agreed upon consignment; however, with your consent, we will reduce the price up to 20% for items not sold within 4 weeks.  

AUTHENTICATION AND FEES
If original receipt or other approved authentication is not provided, VENLA will authenticate using Luxury Authentication, for a charge of $45 - $100 per item (depending on the brand and item) at the seller’s expense.  

PAYMENTS
Payments for sold items will be made to seller 4 weeks after the item(s) have sold. 

CHANGE OF MIND
Should you choose not to consign your items with us after we have priced the item/s, a service fee of $50 per item will be charged. This fee is in addition to any cleaning or authenticity charges that may apply. 

LOST OR STOLEN
During the agreed consignment period, VENLA takes responsibility for any lost or stolen goods. In the eventthis occurs, the seller will be paid the sale price (less the commission).    If courier/post is used by theseller to deliver the items, VENLA only accepts responsibility for after theitem is signed for as received.   

RETURNS
Unsold items will be returned or donated to charity after 6 weeks.  An email will be sent to collect any unsold items, if not collected within 10 days we will donate to charity on your behalf. If seller opts for returns to be mailed, this will be at seller’s expense.
