Provide original purchase price/where purchased and expected sale price.
Confirm what authenticity documents you can provide.
Items must be in excellent condition; clean and with no defects.
We will provide you with a selling price estimate for your pieces based on condition, desirability, and market rate.

Once we have confirmed the items we will sell, we will provide information for delivery in person or by courier or registered post.

Authentication

Once we receive your items, we will confirm the authenticity either with documentation provided by the seller, or by our authentication partner, Luxury Authentication Australia (LAA).
Cost for authentication by LAA is $45-$100 depending on brand and item.
You can also organise authentication directly with LAA – use your VENLA customer number in notes for discount.

Selling

We photograph, style, market & sell your items through our distribution channels; Instagram, Facebook and website. We will also cover the shipment costs if we sell your item online.

Payout

You will receive 70-75% of the selling price of your items.
Payout is processed 3 weeks after sale by direct deposit.
